Child Safety Standards

Last updated: June 17, 2026 (v1.0)

This page sets out the standards of Anilabz, doing business as Anipaw ("Anipaw," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), for combating child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") across the Anipaw mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Anipaw has zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM. Anipaw is a community for dog owners and is not intended for use by children. We are committed to preventing, detecting, and removing content and conduct that sexually exploits or endangers children, and to reporting such material to the appropriate authorities.

1. Scope and Definitions

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) means any conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child, including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and the solicitation, production, possession, or distribution of child sexual abuse material.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) means any visual, written, or audio depiction that sexually exploits a child, as defined under applicable law.

A "child" or "minor" is any person under the age of 18, or the age of majority under applicable local law where that age is higher.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the Service and will result in immediate removal of content, termination of the account, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law:

3. Age Requirements

The Service is intended only for users who are 16 years old or older, and certain features are restricted to users who are at least 18. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 16 to use the Service or to create an account.

If we learn that a person under the minimum age is using the Service, we will take reasonable steps to remove the account and delete associated personal information, subject to any retention required for safety or legal compliance. Parents or guardians who believe a minor has used the Service may contact us using the details below.

4. Prevention and Detection

We use a combination of technical safeguards and human review to keep CSAE off the Service:
